I am always looking for new ways to express my creativity. I am a true believer that education is priceless. True fashion isn't about shock value; it's a fresh, seasonally appropriate interpretation of your client's individuality.
I opened Capelli Salon 15 years ago. I have managed to create an environment that's fun and spontaneous, while maintaining professionalism. My mission is to educate stylists about the process of hair color and hair cutting. Getting it right and what would make it look better. I currently have an apprenticeship program and teach hair cutting classes at the salon, as well as Plaza Beauty School, The Beauty Institute, and Paul Mitchell Beauty School. This has resulted in producing some of the top hairdressers across the Tri-State area. I encourage my staff to obtain continued education to ensure their clients with the latest trends, technical classic shapes and the new styling techniques. This results in a staff that teaches and learns from one another. Sharing what works and what doesn't. What looks flawless today and what will look fabulous tomorrow!!
